That sounds like your on FM mode.

 

It's definitely the DAB as you have to turn on the DAB1 setting instead on AM/FM and I'm going stations like absolute and Xfm, none of WiFi ate local to me

can anyone give me heads up on how to tune the DAB stations on my 2013 model C-Max. Its a titanium X model with the Sony Sync radio.

I cant seem to find a manual on it anywhere except the ford site which is quite frankly shite!

At the mo ive just pressed scan and then waited for it to find the station I want before stopping it then saving it. Problem is it takes ages and brings up loads of different versions of the same station without telling you which is the strongest signal or anything like that. I also don't get what the service section means.

I might be being a bit daft but it doesn't seem very user friendly

Did you ever sort this out.
I've just purchased a 63 plate and have the same DAB issues you explain.
I've very tech savvy, but as you say, there is no logic to this stereo and the manual is shite!
I see all the channels scanning through, but have no idea how i see the list in ALPHABETICAL order, or how to save a station.

it should be a 10 minute job, not severalhours playing, searching google or youtube for answers, which i can't find lol!
