That was for a Fiesta so the fuse will be different. It may be just as easy to disconnect the battery for 10 minutes. There is no radio code but you will need to reset the one touch windows.

 

I presume that’s just a case of opening them and holding the button down or is there something else that needs to be done?

 

The sequence is in the manual. I think its hold the button down while the window goes down and keep holding the button for a few seconds after the window stops. Then do the same with the window going up.

 

Ok, so here’s an update. I tried to get the bonnet open but nothing happened (it opens from the inside, not with a key under the badge. It’s a Grand C-Max) My sync started to work again but now I have to try and get in the bonnet. 🙄

 

If it's like my 2015 cmax, undo the bonnet from the inside, then lift the bonnet slightly, look under the gap, put your hand under the bonnet palm down, there is a lever you push to the right, i think it is yellow, the bonnet should lift.

 

If it isnt popping up when pulling the inside lever, have someone gently push the bonnet down at the same time, the lock maybe stiff and needs a bit of release oil.

 

That’s the issue, it’s not popping. I can hear the cable moving under the bonnet when I pull the lever. I’ll give that a try. Thanks
