Hi folks.
Have a 2017 C-Max 1.0 Ecoboost Titanium.
Yesterday entered the car but the remote locking wouldn't work. When I entered none of the electrics came on other than the screen showing "System Off To Save Battery" and then going blank. Tried ignition and on the dash the message "Ford Key - No Key Detected". I have changed the battery in both key fobs. Basically there's no electrics working other than these two messages.
I have googled and tried connecting to neighbours car for a charge but with no success. Also tried testing the battery and its showed 11.8, again today showing the same so doesn't seem to be losing power.
I am, unfortunately, not very technically minded so apart from these basic checks I've found on google, have no idea what to do. Also don't have a mechanic available for the immediate future as I live in a remote part of Scotland.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
