Hello,
I have a Cmax dated 2015. I 'm looking for help with the sync. Suddenly my Sync does not pair my phone so I tried to update the software following the official Ford website instruction but now the sync is blocked with the messagge "Reinsert the USB" and it does nothing. The Ford Service assistance told me that the sync has to be changed with new one. As attached the data of my sync.
Is there any other way? Just to delete the messagge "Reinsert the USB" because the Radio is working.

Hi ms.giannotti, when my sync stopped working, the Ford dealer disconnected the battery for 20 mins, also I restarted my phone and it worked. If you try it, make sure you have the radio code or reset sequence for it. An update to the software was nor necessary. Good luck.
