Retro fitting roof rails

I have just bought a 14/14 grand C Max 7 seater, I would like to fit roof rails, can I do this without disturbing the inner ceiling of the cab? Or can it be fitted by lifting the roof plastic strip and expose bolt holes? And just simply bolted on.
To be clear, I am talking of the rails running back to front of the vehicle.

Thanks in advance.

Just got a 2011 GCM last week and had tinted film added. I also got a pair of 2nd hand roof rails from a breakers and put them on yesterday, so yes you can retrofit them without disturbing the headlining. If you carefully remove the black gutter strips you will see there are 8 hex headed blanking bolts. This is where the rails locate. If you don't get the shorter strips from the donor car you can modify the strips to fit with the between the rail feet.
