I never worried about this but now that I started doing some BTT, I need to transport my bike on the Ford and noticed that my Grand C-Max has no bars and no points to fixe one in the roof.

I think the only option is to use those bars that fix on the doors, but will they work with my sliding rear door?!

If it's like the "plain" C-Max, there are some indentations in the upper door frame that locate brackets for roof bar systems such as those made by Thule. They sit on the roof and the clamps locate into the recesses to (a) make sure that they are in the right place and (b) stop them moving when air pressure is pushing onto your roof-mounted load. Not the best solution IMHO, but it works (proper factory-fit roof rails/bars would be better)

My C-Max doesn't have those indentations on were the bars should be placed.

Could something like this be an option? NORAUTO

because Grand C-Max has sliding rear doors :\
