Does anyone here have any idea how to fix Roof Bars, its doing my head in as I have bought the correct Roof Bars but they do not seem to fit.

Do you mean roof rack bars that go across the roof? If so there are video's on youtube. The hardest part will be digging out the sealant Ford use to protect the threads in the roof, but with a car that old I bet its already done. You then if exposed have maybe got well rusted M6 threads which may or may not clean up enough to allow safe use of the roof rack.
