Bought my C-max in December and on 4 occasions the radiator fan has stayed on for roughly 2mins after ignition off (could be after a long or short journey) and it's quite loud/fast. I rang my Ford dealer but he didn't really give me any explanation for it, just said that it was normal. Anyone here know why it does this?

Our C Max's haven't had this problem. Could it be the thermostat is allowing the car to run slightly high or the cut in switch is set a little low, or a combination. Doesn't sound a serious problem though.

I've got a 2015 C-Max. And yes, it does on mine as well at regular intervals. I have monitored the temp gauge which stays constant.
There is an item in the Dvr's Hand Book about this happening due to the DPF Regeneration.

Yeah perfectly normal. ;)
If it didn't you'd have nearly boiling water sitting in the engine... not good.
Also tip....never rev up the engine then switch off, specially with a turbo :(
