hi c maxers,

i have a three year old 2.ol tdci ghia, lovley motor. But have a slight problem with the electric parking brake. To release the brake the clutch has to be fully depressed, this can be a problem on hill starts. Can the clutch be adjusted to reducethe amount ofplay to bring off the brake?

i have the same car and agree it is a nice carm i love mine. regarding the electric brake and hill starts, yes the clutch has to be fully depressed so i find the best thing to do is hold it on the foot brake,[after releasing the hand brake]find the biting point on the clutch, move your foot off the brake and put on to the accelarator then off you go.hope ive helped you.
