Hi, can anyone give me advice on what could be a problem? I have Ford C-Max 2010 DM2 [2007-2010] diesel. Since I replaced the fuel filter I have a problem. Car would start, work for 20 sec and cut off, and would not start again until I pump out some air from the system. Only there is every time lots of air, which makes no sense. Most annoying is that the previous time I did servicing there was no problems, changed filter, pumped out air, once, and all was good.

Assuming it's a 1.8 tdci? Did you put the big seal under the filter and not on top of it common mistake?
Also these engines are a bugger to bleed you must use a priming pump to remove all air before re-connecting.

It sounds like air is getting in somewhere have you re-checked the filter connections? Uconnect and re-connect use a priming pump until all air is gone it should then be ok.
