Not the easiest questions I'm afraid!
Only thing I can say is search google. Have a look at what is available and what it costs and then when you found what you want and armed with how much the equipment costs then ring for quotes.
I have a Nokia system that already was installed but it works and I got a cheap phone off ebay to fit the cradle and a cheap sim card to go with it.
You can also get head units (Radio/CD systems) with bluetooth to replace the Ford one.

Just sit down with a mug of tea and have a good look!

Hi Donna, when I got my C-Max 22 months ago,the previous owner had been to chambers fraud of Sutton & had an official fraud bluetooth kit fitted. However,I noticed straight away that there was an electronic "beep" on start up (same as if a door open),this progressed to several beeps over the space of a minute. The cause was the alternator packing up.I had chambers remove it (£120) & I had a new alt fitted (not by fraud) & the car has been brilliant ever since.
I can`t say where the best place to get one fitted would be but if you do,make sure they are phone specialists.

You can buy bluetooth system that clips behind the sunvisor but unsure on the quality. Another option is to buy a satnav with bluetooth.

If you go for the bluetooth headset then I'd suggest trying to have Jabra (the over the ear ones which are even just about comfortable with glasses on. They did even used to do one that vibrated alert as well
There are sellers on ebay where you get the car charger throrn in as well. You could try here http://www.fonejunkie.com/
